This video demonstrates a redo arterial bypass for critical limb ischemia in a patient with prior failed left femoral to popliteal artery bypass and functional right femoral to popliteal arterial bypass. The authors demonstrate and describe surgical techniques for harvesting and splicing the composite vein graft, performing a redo groin exposure, crossing the interosseous membrane and managing the complications of this delicate procedure.
