A patient diagnosed of Giant Aneurism of the Celiac Trunk is shown. Clinical records, angiography and other examinations are shown. The operation starts through laparotomy. An aneurism of 8 centimetres in diameter at celiac trunk is detected. Dissection starts below the liver with mobilization of the stomach. Splenic artery and common hepatic artery are controlled after mobilization. Abdominal aorta dissected and the origin of the superior mesenteric artery. Clamping the celiac trunk and the common hepatic artery. The aneurism is resected. reconstruction was done by anastomosis between the celiac axis and the hepatic artery. Hepatic artery flow was controlled by doppler. The movie includes the follow-up and control by angiography.
