Forty year old male underwent 8 mm. PTFE. Graft interposition for traumatic common femoral artery occlusion with distal embolization. Six months later, he developed ischemic right lower extremity secondary to right iliac artery thrombosis, PTFE. Graft thrombosis and infrapopliteal artery occlusion. Patient then underwent thrombo-embolectomy, interposition of 8 mm. Spiral vein graft and completion operative arteriogram. Fourteen months, later arteriogram revealed patent interposition graft.
