Dysphagia lusoria is uncommon in adults and is usually due to an aberrant right subclavian artery. We present a 22 year old female with dysphagia lusoria from a vascular ring (Right aortic arch, aberrant left subclavian artery). We divided the ligamentum arteriosum, interrupted the vascular ring and her dysphagia resolved.
