The patient in this videotape originally presented with an occluded right subclavian artery which was angioplastied and stented. Subsequently she presented with a subclavian/innominate artery pseudoaneurysm. The surgical repair consisted of an ascending aorta to right common carotoid and right subclavian artery bypass, stent excision and aneurysm repair.
