This film demonstrates the performance of a femoral to peroneal artery in-situ bypass utilizing endoscopic vein harvest equipment to locate and occlude saphenous vein side branches. Traditional insitu bypasses have been done via long skin incisions; the use of the Endopath system and a long flexible valulotome (EZ-Sits) allowed performance of an in-situ bypass through three incisions: 2 arterial access incisions and an above knee incision for scope insertion.
