A 43 year old women with 20 years of opigastric pain and a prior negative laparotomy was found to have celiac artery stenosis on MRA. She underwent laparoscopic release of the median arcuate ligament and celiac plexus neural tissue. Laparoscopic ultrasound demonstrated a normal triphasic signal after complete release of the compression. The patient was discharged 15 hours postoperatively and was pain free on follow up.
