66 year old female with history of Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary artery disease had short Popliteal artery bypass with reversed Saphenous vein in 1995, for ischemic rest pain. In July 1998, she developed gangrene right first and second toe. Arteriogram showed patent Popliteal artery bypass with proximal right Superficial Femoral to Popliteal artery bypass with translocated non-reversed Saphenous vein from left thigh. In September 1998, Sequential bypass from previously placed distal end of Popliteal artery bypass graftto Dorsalis Pedis artery was performed with non-reversed Saphenous vein from left lower leg for non-healing ulcers at amputation site.
