Endoluminal repair of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm is currently being actively investigated at many centers throughout the world. We have repaired 30 infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms using a modular self-expanding dacron nitinol bifurcation graft as part of an FDA controlled clinical trial. This video will demonstrate the elements of the design and deployment system along with pre-operative and postoperative imaging studies with spiral 3D reconstruction. Intravascular ultrasound, intraoperative angiography and the technique of deployment will be demonstrated.
