This videotape presents the technique of distal arterial ligation bypass performed for the correction of angioaccess-induced ischemic steal. The pathophysiology, hemodynamic measuremens, and the effect of this operation are also shown. It ends concluding that this is the procedure of choice for the treatment of angioaccess-induced ischemic steal.
