This video demonstrates a technique for totally laparoscopic aortobifemoral bypass. After extensive animal studies, 11 patients were treated using this technique. The bypass is performed without intrusion of intraabdominal organs into the working field. Both types of aortic anastomosis have been performed. The patient presented in this program is an end-to-side anastomosis.
