Many surgical techniques, mainly bypasses, are proposed for chronic intestinal ischemia. The best images of two cases are utilized to show the TEA of the celiac axis and the superior mesenteric artery. Both vessels are subsequently reimplanted at its usual place for the celiac axis and on the infrarenal aorta or its prosthetic substitution for the superior mesenteric artery.
