Vascular reconstruction is occasionally necessary after radical excision of soft tissue sarcomas. This video presents the case of a 77 year old patient from whom a large retroperitoneal liposar-coma involving the infrarenal aorta and the left ureter was resected. After a left nephrectomy and removal of the infrarenal aorta and both iliac arteries, a bifurcated aortic Dacron graft was used to cover the vascular defect.
