A patient presented with cyanotic feet, worsening heart failure, and an abdominal bruit. Radiographic studies confirmed an ab-dominal aortic aneurysm with rupture into the inferior vena cava vascular control, endoaneurysmal suture, and perioperative moni-toring using transesophageal echocardiography.
