This video illustrates repair of a congenital abdominal aortic coarctation using transabdominal medial visceral rotation with an end-to-side graft to aortic anastomoses, left renal artery reimplantation, and bypasses to celiac, superior mesenteric, and right renal arteries. Failure of the right renal bypass led to reoperation. Hypertension was cured.
