Occurrence of abdominal aortic coarctation with stenosis of visceral arteries is rare. Treatment of this condition is rather challenging. In this video, we present brief histories of three cases treated at our institution. Technical details are shown step by step in these patients. Therapeutic options are one-stage aorto-aortic bypass and bypass to visceral arteries through thoraco-abdominal incision and percutaneous balloon angioplasty for aortic coarctation.
