This video will illustrate both the noninvasive preoperative evaluation of patients suspected of having symptomatic chronic mesenteric arterial insufficiency and the supraceliac aorta-to-visceral artery bypass technique for reconstructing the mesenteric circulation as well as describe the early (i.e., multiple organ dysfunction) and late postoperative effects seen following surgery.
