Ileo caval compression syndrome is a common disorder among patients with left-sided venous insufficiency. History, physical, points exercise plethysmography, ascending, descending, and ileo caval pull-through ambulatory venous pressure will diagnose this syndrome. Twenty patients underwent transabdominal autogenous patch angioplasty successfully. This videotape will depict the salient of diagnosis and operative procedures.
