This videotape depicts the repair of a traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the suprarenal aorta between the celiac axis and the superior mesenteric artery. (The patient had sustained a gunshot wound to this area previously.) A thoracoabdominal transaortic approach for patch repair of this unusual lesion is illustrated.
