Reconstruction at the aortiliac and infrainguinal area for occlusive arterial disease is a well established procedure. However, infragenicular reconstruction is rarely done and reported sporadically. This videotape describes the surgical technique of revascularization between the popliteal artery and one of the tibial arteries at the ankle level with the plantar arch as the sole distal run-off.
