This videotape depicts tube graft replacement of an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm in the presence of a horseshoe kidney. The horseshoe kidney was mobilized superiorly of the aneurysm, and a tube graft placed in the usual in-line fashion to repair the aneurysm. No reimplantation of the renal arteries was necessary.
