A coeliac artery aneurysm presents in a 38 year old male as a splenic infarction. Angiogram demonstrates splenic and hepatic artery occlusion and severe gastric artery stenosis. Operative repair, consisting of aneurysm resection with sequential saphenous vein revascularization of hepatic and gastric arteries, is complemented by special effects, narration and late postoperative angiography.
