A case of chronic mesenteric ischemia secondary to near occlusion of the proximal celiac and midsuperior mesenteric artery (SMA) and complete occlusion of the inferior mesenteric artery in a 50 year old woman is presented. Splanchnic revascularization was successfully performed by a supraceliac aortoceliac-SMA bifurcation graft.
