This video involves a case of severe arteriosclerosis of the arterial system in the right, lower extremity of a 76 year old male who has had previous saphenous vein strippings. Endothelial cells are harvested from the patient's subcutaneous fat and seeded on a 6 mm PTFE graft for revascularizing the extremity. Our technique, potential and clinical results will be emphasized.
