VELBNS employs two simultaneous endoscopes with a laparoscopic bladder suspension set and a twin video system to perform a laparoscopic bladder neck suspension for stress urinary incontinence secondary to hypermobility of the urethra. Indications for surgery, patient evaluation and selection, surgical technique, and results are discussed.
