A 24-year old woman with an incidental right adrenal mass discovered on evaluation of abdominal pain was evaluated. Biochemical tests and radiological exams, including a MRRI, indicated a pheochromocytoma. The patient underwent a successful laparoscopic resection of this large cystic tumor. Technical details are nicely demonstrated in the video. The final pathology revealed a multicystic lymphangioma with a normal adrenal gland.
