Presented in this video is the operative technique for extended partial cystectomy for urachal carcinoma. We emphasize the necessity for wide local excision of the umbilicus, rectus sheet, urachus and superior hemisphere of the bladder. This technique allows bladder preservation in the treatment of small urachal tumors.
