A videotape highlighting laparoscopic resection of a series of four dysplastic megaureter variants in children, ranging in age from one to five years, is presented. Attention is focused on useful techniques, including dissection and fulguration of the dysmorphic proximal vasculature, and securing distal ureteroceles using endoloop suture. All patients experienced minimal discomfort, and had hospital stays less than 24 hours.
