Laparoscopic management of intraabdominal testes is an alter-native to open techniques and is described in this video. Primary orchiopexy is performed using three trocars. Testis, spermatic vessels, and vas deferens are mobilized. A passage is developed to the scrotum medial to the obliterated umbilical artery. The testis is grasped from the scrotal trocar and brought into the scrotum. Second stage orchiopexy is performed in a similar manner with a vassal pedicle and division of spermatic vessels.
