Symptomatic lymphocele is best treated by internal drainage. We describe a technique for laparoscopic localization and drainage of the lymphocele. The patient was discharged the following day with resolution of hydronephrosis and full recovery of renal function. Laparoscopic drainage of lymphocele is a safe and low-morbidity procedure.
