Laparoscopic varicocelectomy, a new approach to treat symptomatic varicoceles, is presented. Since introducing this technique two years ago, 75 patients have been successfully treated with minimal morbidity and no recurrence. We believe this technique to be the method of choice for bilateral varicoceles and selected unilateral cases.
