This videotape is a pictorial essay of a 67 year old man who presented with abdominal pain and nausea. Diagnosis of coeliac axis aneurysm and right renal tumor was made, via mesenteric angiogram and computed tomography. Treatment consisted of right radical nephrectomy, ligation of the aneursym, and revascularization utilizing the right renal artery remnant with end-to-end anastomosis to the proper hepatic artery.
