A 33 year old female, suck by a car, presented to the emergency department, without loss of consciousness, On the primary survey she was crepitating ,diminished breath sounds in the right lower lung field, Pale, slightly anxious, BP: 100/80, HR:110, E- FAST Suspected Right diaphragmatic hernia, no abdominal pain, stable pelvis Full body CT scan show a right diaphragmatic rupture with herniation of hepatic domus, hemothorax, hepatic laceration of VIII segment, Laparoscopy repair was perform with interrupted suture, a chest drain was placed in the right hemithorax. Post-operatively, patient remained stable. Chest drain was removed on 7rd day and patient was discharged on day 15.
