We will provide a step-by-step guide for the diagnosis and management of penetrating arterial injuries of the lower extremity. We will include: the pertinent physical exam and anatomy of the injury, guidelines for the use of the arteriogram and our surgical technique, including fasciotomy and the use of shunts.
