PEG is an increasingly performed procedure in pediatric patients. Known complications of the procedure include injury to the colon and small bowel. Endoscopic management of PEG complications is an evolving field. This video demonstrates the success of a novel minimally invasive technique to manage a PEG complication in a pediatric patient. The patient had a through-and-through small bowel injury with a gastrojejunal and jejunocutaneous fistula. The video details the successful endoscopic closure of both fistulae and the placement of a new PEG.
