A case of chronic relapsing pancreatitis secondary to severe necrotizing pancreatitis with recurrent pseudocyst formation, biliary and pancreatic duct obstruction had been managed with endoscopic and percutaneous stenting. This program details operative management with choledochoduodenostomy, complete lateral pancreatojejunostomy, cholecystectomy, and celaic plexus block.
