This video demonstrates a robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy undertaken in a 26-year-old gentleman who presented with a history of recurrent pancreatitis. The patient tolerated the operation well and had an uneventful postoperative course. Dissection, resection, reconstruction, and construction was undertaken without any complications. Pathology showed IPMN in the uncinate process with no evidence of high-grade dysplasia or invasive carcinoma. This video shows how a pancreaticoduodenectomy with cholecystectomy, a complex HPB operation, can be safely undertaken with the robot still reaping the benefits of a minimally invasive operation.
