Objective: To summarize the experience of laparoscopic duodenum preserving pancreatic head resection. Methods: The Clinical datas of a patient undergoing LDPPHR in Department of Hepatobiliary III.The first affiliated hospital of Hunan Normal University: Hunan provincial people's hospital in Sep.2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Result: The operation was compeleted successfully in 240min.The interoperative booid was 150ml,without boold transfusiong,bile leakage, pancreatic leakage,duodenu fidtula, choleochal striccture,delayed gastric emptying,postoperative bleeding and other complications.Postoperative pathological results shows that solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. Conclusions: LDPPHR is safe ,feasible and worthy to spreading for solid pseudopapillary neoplasms of the pancreas. Its mainadvantage is minimal invasive advantage ,faster recovery and improvement of postoperative life quality.
