50 year old female, vater papillary dysplasia/cancer. Minimally invasive duodenopancreatectomy (whipple). All the procedure performed with the DaVinci robotic system. Five trocar tecnique. The robotic fguided ultrasound dissector has been used. The pancreatic stump injected with glue. 5/0 PDS Haepatojejunal suture and stapled gastrojejunal anastomosis.
