A 2 cm insulinoma of the pancreatic body in a 47 year old female patient, was successfully managed by laparoscopy. This video focuses on the identification of the tumor within the normal pancreas, made with the aid of endocavitary ultrasound, and on the enucleation procedure accomplished by blunt dissection.
