A laparoscopic Kocher maneuver with dissection of the inferior vena cava, superior mesenteric, and portal vein is performed. Transection is provided laparoscopically on the bile duct, pancreas, duodenum and uncinate process using an endoscopic linear stapler. The reconstruction involves a pancreaticojejunostomy, hepaticojejunostomy, and pylorojejunostomy with intracorporeal suturing techniques.
