Under laparoscopic guidance, a percutaneous pancreatography and longitudinal opening of the pancreatic duct is performed. Appropriate loop of proximal jejunum is brought in behind the stomach and a longitudinal side-to-side anasto-mosis is performed with intracorporeal suturing. Drains are then inserted.
