This video shows a procedure to perform safely a radical en bloc resection of a large cystadenocarcinoma of the left part of the pancreas involving the stomach, the splenic vein (with portal hyper-tension) and the splenic flexure of the colon. Dissection is conducted from the right to the left after preliminary transection of the pancreas and control of the main vessels (branches of the celiac axis and of the portal veins).
