Our technique of doedeno-cephalic pancreatectomy is shown. This videotape demonstrates the incision of the retroperitoneum and the lymphonodal dissection of para-aortic, celiac and superior mesenteric groups. Care is taken in the approach of the celiac axis, portal, splenic and superior mesenteric veins and the superior mesenteric artery. Reconstruction by end-to-side pancreato-jejunostomy, and one layer hepaticojejunostomy and gastrojejunostomy.
