The evaluation of a patient with a major facial injury by clinical examination and CT scan is discussed. Reconstruction of the mid and upper face is accomplished with direct anatomic reduction of all fractures guided by and techniques are visualized, employing rigid internal fixation, immediate bone grafting and soft tissue repositioning.
