Two cases of craniofacial deformity will be presented, one of Crouzon's and clover leaf skull; the other, scaphocephaly and mild plagiocephaly. These will be used to illustrate the technique of craniofacial surgery, especially emphasizing preoperative interactive three dimensional planning and newer surgical methods which have evolved over the past 10-15 years. These developments have made the surgery safer and more predictable.
