Ear reconstruction is one of the most challenging problems to a plastic surgeon. Regardless of the technique chosen, careful preoperative planning is required. This film demonstrates ear reconstruction in several patients, including choice of instrumentation, and the use of templates, rib cartilage, and local tissue flaps as well as postoperative correction.
