In this presentation the advances in computer aided endoscopic sinus surgery will be demonstrated in detail. The technology and clinical applications of the electromagnetic system (VTI) will be presented with selected interesting clinical cases. The role of the computer aided endoscopic sinus surgery in minimally invasive surgical techniques will be discussed.
