This video describes the course of a child who had a fibrosarcoma in a very difficult location; the skull base and foramen magnum. The tumor was removed and the reconstruction performed with pedicled musculocutaneous flaps (instead of free flaps) in an innovative way. Primary healing resulted, and the patient was discharged.
