Pertinent endoscopic anatomy of the maxillary, frontal, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses useful for computer-aided endoscopic sinus surgery will be systematically demonstrated. High risk areas of the endoscopic surgery will be described. Computer guidance systems allow the surgeons to perform endoscopic sinus surgery with greater confidence & safety.
